Our take. Pick the kind of number you need before comparing the price.

Published plan: $89/month commercial shared; $289 dedicated

Start with the commercial options.

Blooio’s Commercial Shared plan is $89 a month and Commercial Dedicated is $289. The $39 Starter headline belongs to a personal plan. Shared service uses a pool of numbers; dedicated service isolates a number to your workspace. Think about whether customers will save that number and come back to it months later.

How many new people will you contact?

Commercial Shared lists 15 new conversations a day. That is different from the number of messages in a long exchange with an existing customer. There is also a $98 Inbound plan that only replies to people who contact you first. Ask which plan covers the reminders or follow-ups your business intends to send.

Our practical suggestion.

Bring one everyday customer conversation to the demo. If you use HighLevel, ask to see the actual connection rather than only the product’s integration page. Confirm how a colleague picks up a reply when you are busy. We have read the public plans, but have not run your business workflow through the service.
