Notes for the business owner
Our connection, and our promise to the reader.
Good Company is a publication from the team behind Miss Blue. Here is how that relationship shapes the way we review business texting tools.
We have a commercial interest.
The people behind Miss Blue publish this site. A reader choosing Miss Blue may become our customer. Links to our product are marked as the publisher’s product, and we do not describe this publication as independent.
We show the basis for the advice.
Our first edition uses public provider pages checked September 27, 2026. Sources appear at the end of each article. A stated feature, price, or limit belongs to the provider’s documentation at that time. We separate those statements from our interpretation of what a small business should do.
We have not assigned invented star ratings, posed as customers, or presented research as a hands-on reliability test. If we publish test results later, we will explain the setup and limits.
We make space for a different answer.
A competitor may fit a particular CRM or workflow better. Our reviews identify reasons to consider each tool and questions to settle directly. Prices and terms can change; check the provider’s current offer before buying. For corrections, contact the publisher through Miss Blue’s contact page.
