Reading and link measurement.
We use PostHog to count page views, review reads, and clicks to provider sites. Events include this site’s name, the page path, and the provider link placement. The browser creates a temporary identifier in memory; our measurement code does not save it in cookies or local storage.
Our event payload omits query strings, disables person profiles and geolocation processing, and sets the analytics IP field to a placeholder. The analytics service still receives a network request and can process connection information. Our code does not send events when the browser exposes Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control as enabled.
Hosting and other websites.
The hosting and analytics services may process technical request information to operate their services. This publication has no account or payment form. Following a provider link takes you to a separate site governed by that provider’s policies. Miss Blue links may include campaign labels so we can identify the referring publication and article.
